Profit Sharing

Education Assistance - W.C.A Services requires its MTS employees to maintain all EMS credentials required to best serve our patients and the public. Continual training and credentialing in various EMS skills and interventions is provided to keep our medical personnel in top condition. We will assist our employees in maintaining their EMS credentials as required by the Western Regional EMS Medical Advisory Committee’s oversight. We will pay for the ancillary courses (CPR, ACLS, PALS, BTLS) for all full time employees as well as for part time & occasional employees who work 416 hours in the previous calendar year.

Earned Time Off - Paid Time Off is an all purpose time-off policy for eligible full time and part time employees to use for vacation, illness or injury, holidays and personal business. It combines traditional vacation, personal leave, holiday and sick leave plans into one flexible, paid time off policy.

Direct Deposit - W.C.A Services employees have the option to have faster access to their paychecks in a more convenient way with direct deposit. Paychecks can be deposited electronically right into your bank account.
